Thanks so much for this insight. I’m a new blogger, and I have to admit that I’m quickly becomming hooked. It’s a terrific forum to interact with our clients, and I think it’s the future of the real estate industry. Much like Virtual Tours were in 1999 and Individual Websites for listings were in 2005.

Donna – it is much better to interact with consumers that with other agents. i know you know that but I think it is important to kind of ignore other agents and write to consumers. I write here, on the weenie and on agent genius so that I can write for other agents and interact with them but I keep it mostly off my business blog.

Teresa, first of all I want to congratulate you on your blog for getting two years older and wiser. What you have shared on the blog is very sweet and nice. I really liked it. The article particularly interest me as soon am coming up with my own blog. I think it is very beneficial for a agent to have his own blog, through which he can not only express his views but also interact with other agents. Thus the whole look and feel of the blog becomes very important.
