In our state, the legislature would benefit from making use of the social web tools that you mentioned.
What better group to introduce lawmakers to wikis, blogs and other tools than realtors in each state. It would make a great one day event.
Show them how their individual offices would benefit from blogs. I bet many lawmakers have heard of blogs, but they haven’t taken time to learn how they and their constituents can benefit.
What if constituents were able to react to bills and bill drafts through the use of a wiki. Wow.
Your suggestions could help open up state government a little more to the people who are supposed to be the ones who are served.
Realtors would perform a real public service and gain great exposure as a profession for quarterbacking something like this.
Just my two-cents worth.

Thanks for a few new tricks I can attempt to role out.

With a recent article expounding on a recent NAR survey of Realtors and technology: only 65% have a Web[static]site, we are half way through web 2.0 and entering web 3.0 Well, I am not going to panic yet but maybe I should. If I understand this right, it’s not just about being on the cutting edge of real estate tools but a way of life of the future? If so, it is going to be a wild toad ride for, I think many. Or did I miss the point?
