I think that agents are just too busy to be constantly blogging all the time. Especially when the SEO value is so erratic.

Great compilation of useful advice. I have tried to follow most of these but the one that really hit home is the contact information for your blog. I realized that my blog just had a section saying ‘contact’ in the navigation with out may calls to action as you put it.
I will definitely put my phone number more prominently with calls to action on every page of the site.
I will also add a contact/lead form into my sidebar template.
Good thing I stumbled on this article, duh.

Great tips Jim. I still have alot to learn about Google maps which I think are great and creative and…Twitter. Twitter I found very confusing and am still feeling my way around. I know there has been alot of controversy about the value. Lately I have seen more and more data indicating that it is indeed worthwhile.

Yea our market in Boise took a bit hit, but with the good rates and lower prices, it seems like it is picking up a bit.
