Sometimes, when people plan too much you just get stuck in that planning phase and you run the risk of getting stuck there forever! The best solution is to live by the Nike slogan and: Just Do It!
On another note, glad you’re diggin’ the MacBook Pro!
@Portland Real Estate: I can see how folks find it difficult especially if they don’t consider themselves writers. But think about it, Real Estate IS Content. For example, how many times do you find yourself disseminating the same information over and over and over? Via phone. Via email. Etc. Writing a post is similar to writing that email; the Subject Line is the Article Title and the body of your email is the body of your post. Blogging is the same thing. Only it helps build more authority/visibility publicly (which is want you want).

Thanks so much. I am going to link a couple of colleagues to this. There are certain schools of thought among agents that stray from these simple but really great concepts. I find that many agents just dont consider themselves writers, so they struggle with creating website content more than others.

Soon I realized I couldn’t learn it all overnight. Once I decided to “just do it” I was off and running. Time was the only thing holding me back once I started. To solve the time problem I purchased the small MacBook Pro to carry around. I can now pound out an entire post if I’m early to meetings. I just write and if I have Q’s I email Molly for help.
Get down and do it.
Don’t sweat the small stuff right?
