There seems to be a limitless supply of topics, but they commonly strike me as too small to be worthy or too big to address well.
In the end I’m finding smaller, manageable and useful morsels of practical information seem most valued. Just reading your blog I find I have to stop before long. Too much good info (if there can be such a thing) and I’m at capacity. Why seek more…I should act on the seven ideas I just picked up.
I value your expertise and contribution to the topic of real estate blogging…I return time and again.
And, by example, that’s who I would like to become for local home buyers.

Its a good thing that they call and contact of course…just to be sure you know the topic.

Instead trying to appeal to everybody, I think I am going to start getting more and more specific about a particular area. Thanks for another great idea.

I have a lot of neighboorhood, community pages on my website and the more specific area the buyer is looking for generally they are more serious and have a much shorter time frame as they know what they want and have alrady narrowed their search.

Blogging really helps develop that rapport that is so important in building client trust. Instead of being told by you that you are the expert, they can see it for themselves in your blog.
