Most of my blogs are based on client questions, so it forces me to research the answers to common questions.

I spend more time thinking about my clients, the industry and the lessons I’ve learned. It’s interesting that the more blogging you do, the more people you meet, the more networking you do, and the less time there is for blogging because of the opportunities it has brought you in the first place! Just like prospecting, it has to be a discipline to stick with, no matter what time of year it is, and how busy we get. Thank you for such an affirming series.

It is not a one day affair. I think you are on the right track. Good job!

This is very true. Putting effort in something that will last like blogging definitely pays in dividends later.

I agree with Mary and especially with point #1. It does require a more scheduled, disciplined approach that really helps me as a realtor. One thing I really miss about training with the Tomato is that the weekly review sessions that forced me to be prepared and to write consistently, no matter what. I recently have gotten behind and there’s been two weeks between each of my last posts. I need to dig in and do better!! Great series, Jim, keep ’em coming.
